The Villa

This villa features in total four bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. This includes a studio with bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom (all rebuilt in may 2023). The total surface of the house is 220 square meters (excluding the two porches). All bedrooms have air conditioning and 220 volt. The studio is in connection with one bedroom with a double door with locks and has a separate front entrance and own bathroom. Therefore the Villa is perfect for two families. We offer good and free wifi with a smart TV.

The premises is fenced and has two lockable gates. Two parking places are available behind the lockable fence. On the streetside 4 small cars will fit.
As well at the front and at the rear of the house a porch is available. The accommodation is very well situated into the wind, therefore most of the time, there is a refreshing wind present.

As you can see there is plenty of space in as well around the premises.
Since it is a spatial villa it is a very suitable accommodation for large families with friends or children.

The kitchen has a lot of inventory. Dishwasher (2023), Washing machine (2023), microwave, big refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso plus milk frother, gas oven and stove with 6 burners.

And for our smaller guests we have one baby cod available and one high chair

The living room is spacious with an open kitchen. Kitchen has a lot to offer: Dishwasher (2023), Washing machine (2023), microwave, Nespresso plus foam maker, gas oven and stove 6 burners, water cooker, milk frother, big freezer with refrigerator and much more.
The studio has a water cooker, Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother.

The living room has a cozy and comfortable coach with smart TV (F1)
And at the back of the house we have an indoor dining table for 6 to 7 persons.

4 Bedrooms

All bedrooms have two persons beds (3 times 180cm X 200 cm) and one with 140 cm X 200 cm. Masterbedroom has an extra single bed 90 cm X 200 CM which can be used as a couch as well.

The Villa including studio has three modern bathrooms (2023) with toilets.

Spacious garden and swimming pool

The spacious garden contains a huge (by Curçao standards) swimming pool of 10 meters long and 4 meters wide. This pool is your private pool and will be cleaned and maintained twice a week.

And for the special tropical evenings next to the aft porch, we have a big simple rugged stone barbeque. This tops your special evenings.
