Prices

Rates are based on 4 people excluding the studio:
Mid season € 139,- per night
High season € 155,- per night
Peak season € 179,- per night

5 to 7 persons if using 3 bedrooms (without studio) € 12,50 per person per night.

8 to 9 persons can stay in the studio, but only if you rent the whole villa and is then part of the entire accommodation, so you always have private access to the house and premises.

Studio € 25,- per night only in combination with the villa

Check-in and check-out times

Check-out until 1100
Late check-out is only possible when no other guests are arriving on your check-out day. Costs are € 95,-.

Other conditions:

Minimum stay is 7 nights.

If the stay is longer than 10 days a obliged professional intermediate cleaning will be carried out. This includes bed- and bath linen and kitchen towel change. Villa only €95,- With the studio included € 115,-

In the context of awareness and sustainability, water and electricity will be paid by the guests by actual measured usage of water and electricity. Prices will be the actual price at check-out of “Aqualectra”.

Kids up to and including three years of age can stay free if they do not use the baby cod (€ 1,- extra per day).

Rental deposit is € 500,- for a stay of maximum 28 days

All mentioned prices are exclusive of VAT of 7%.
