The Villa

The villa, including the studio, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with heated water (all renovated in May 2023). The living area, including the studio, is 220 m² (excluding 2 porches). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The studio is connected to one of the bedrooms and also has its own lockable entrance via the carport at the front, making it suitable for two families. Additionally, the villa has good WiFi, a Sonos speaker, and a smart TV.

The property is secured with two lockable gates and offers two parking spots under the carport and one spot for a small car (Picanto) on the gravel. There is also plenty of parking space on the street. Both the front and back have large porches/verandas. The house is well-situated to catch the breeze, providing a pleasant cooling wind that flows through the house from the back garden to the front.

There is also a lockable gate between the front and back gardens.

There is plenty of space both inside and outside, making it ideal for a large group with children.

The outdoor steps are marked with contrasting colors for the visually impaired.

The kitchen is well-equipped with ample inventory (including a fridge-freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother, and a 6-burner gas stove with a gas oven).

There is also a washing machine, one crib, and one high chair available.

The living room with an open kitchen is generously sized. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities, including a fridge-freezer combination (2024), dishwasher (2023), microwave, 6-burner gas stove with oven, kettle, and Nespresso machine with milk frother.
The studio features a kettle, small fridge, small safe, and a Nespresso machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa, Sonos speaker, and smart TV.

Four bedrooms three bathrooms

Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 x 200 cm). The master bedroom (at the front of the house) also has an extra single bed (80 x 200 cm) and a small safe. This room offers three sleeping spots and space to place a baby crib if needed. There is also a bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed.

All bedrooms are equipped with 220-volt outlets and air conditioning. Additionally, each bedroom has storage space, a rechargeable bedside lamp, nightstands, and USB charging ports. One bedroom is connected to the studio.

The studio serves as the fourth spacious bedroom with its own bathroom, including a shower and toilet. The dimensions are 350 cm wide and 600 cm long. It features a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, cooktop, safe, Nespresso machine, kettle, and tableware for two. The studio has its own entrance from the front of the house and can also be accessed through the third bedroom via a connecting door.

The villa, including the studio, has 3 modern bathrooms with 3 toilets (renovated in 2023).

Spacious garden and swimming pool

The spacious garden contains a huge (by Curçao standards) swimming pool of 10 meters long and 4 meters wide. This pool is your private pool and will be cleaned and maintained twice a week.

And for the special tropical evenings next to the aft porch, we have a big simple rugged stone barbeque. This tops your special evenings.
