Rates based on 4 persons in the villa (excluding the studio):

  • Mid-season: €149 per night

  • High season: €169 per night

  • Peak season*: €249 per night

5 to 7 persons using 3 bedrooms (no studio):
→ €12.50 per additional person per night

8 to 9 persons also have access to the studio. The studio can only be booked when renting the entire villa. It is part of the full accommodation, ensuring you always have private use of the house and grounds.

Studio: €25 per night (only bookable in combination with the villa)

Prices include 0.5 m³ of water per day.

Additional terms:
As part of our commitment to sustainability and awareness, water and electricity usage is calculated based on actual consumption and charged according to current Aqualectra rates. Each night includes 0.5 m³ of water.

Peak season:*
Christmas and New Year (19 December 2025 – 3 January 2026) require a minimum 2-week consecutive booking.

Late check-out is only possible when no other guests are arriving on your check-out day. Costs are € 95,-.

Other conditions:

Minimum stay is 7 nights.

If the stay is longer than 10 days a obliged professional intermediate cleaning will be carried out. This includes bed- and bath linen and kitchen towel change. Villa only €95,- With the studio included € 115,-

In the context of awareness and sustainability, water and electricity will be paid by the guests by actual measured usage of water and electricity. Prices will be the actual price at check-out of “Aqualectra”.

Kids up to and including three years of age can stay free if they do not use the baby cod (€ 1,- extra per day).

Rental deposit is € 500,- for a stay of maximum 28 days

All mentioned prices are exclusive of VAT of 7%.
